Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Changes

Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Vallarta Tours operates a strict cancellation policy:

 Individual Reservations

  • 48 hours or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
  • 24 hours prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
  • No shows or late arrivals – no refund

 

Group Reservations (private charters of groups of 6 people or more)

  • 15 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund
  • Less than 15 days prior to excursion date – we will accept date changes but no refunds
  • No shows or late arrivals  – no refund

 

Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email  All changes are subject to availability.

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the Payment has been approved by Paypal. This is normally within few minutes of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Vallarta Tours will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.

Prices and Exchange Rates : Prices are quoted in US dollars. 

Credit Card Safety

Vallarta Tours  wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Paypal to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours.

The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your tour, you must bring your Reservation confirmation and another form of your personal ID when you check in.

Whichever method you choose, We will respond within 24 hours.
